GrowWing
GrowWing is an excellent 3D horizontal shmup only available on the Vector web site. The game features excellent use of 3D objects and backgrounds, but the current build does not seem to include any sound effects or music.
Press the C key to shoot, or hold the X key to charge your special weapon.

You also forgot to mention that the Z key can be used to switch between the 3 weapons you choose at the beginning.

Any chance of the docs being translated into English?It took me 4 or 5 tries to get the game to launch 'cause I couldn't figure out what the video setting had to be.
