Just a quick comment, but if there is a "N" rating then the total score should be [x/30] instead of [x/40]. It might be easier to just use the average score as presented.
It seems that Defcon using the table does not qualify for the silver award. :-P
(ps. I am still gratefull for the blogging you do. I hope you don't mind this small critique.)
