Axel City is a decent doujin fighting game with easy-to-learn moves, but requires the installation of files for East Asian Languages. [instructions]

Created using the Enterbrain's popular 2D Fighter Maker, this 160MB download features six playable characters - each with their own individual moves and special attacks conveniently displayed before each battle.

Keyboard controls should be configured first before starting a game, since the cursor keys are not mapped to a character's movements by default. Press the F4 function key to play in full screen mode.

Quite likely inspired by Hokuto no Ken.

According to a video of it I saw on Youtube, I saw that there are actually 14 characters that were playable.

If it is what you say of the game having 14 instead of 6, then this must be the trial version of some sort.

Ooooh, that was impressive. Excellent pixel art too and some lovely old school arcade action. Guess they should port it to the Dreamcast...

Hmmm, I changed the thingy with the language and regional settings and installed those east-asian language's. But for some reason when I try to open the game, fighter maker appears for 1 second and then dissappears again.Axel City version 7 works without problems.. does anyone know what I did wrong?
