Bear Go Home
Bear Go Home is an action game in which players are assigned the objective of helping the protagonist to find his way home. Influence his movements by stretching and squeezing him to get past obstacles, for example pulling his tail to catapult him over pits.
Items such as umbrellas and candles can be used to deflect harmful objects or illuminate your surroundings. This student project is rather short in length, and can be easily beaten in under an hour's time. Shortlisted for this year's BAFTA Ones to Watch Award.

I can't play it, I get an error saying the application is misconfigured... anyone knows how to fix it?

Worked for me a month or so ago (when it was first mentioned here). Bit hard to control, and the kiddie song gets a bit annoying after a while, but it's an interesting concept and entertaining nonetheless.

For me, doesn't work!I get the same "configuration error".I don't think there is no solution.Maybe some ".dll" file missing.

Hey guys cheers for the article and helpful comments.We do have plans to make an installer for the demo, but we ran out of time during the competition.If you are having problems installing the game you need to install the latest DirectX Redistributable and the Visual C++ 8 Redistributable. Both of them can be found on microsoft's site. You will also need a mid level GFX card (Shader model 2.0 and above). Also the demo runs better on multi-core CPUs. (This may solve some of the problems with getting the other Dare games running).Like I said we hope to have a complete installer so you won’t have to download these in the future.Cheers again,Chris.
