Goo is a soft body fluid physics game which can only be played using an Xbox360 wired controller. The goal of Goo is to surround enemy goos using your goos. When you surround a piece of enemy goo, you'll assimilate its mass and earn points. Like oil and water, goos don't mix, but they can be pulled and pushed around to surround or cut through each other.

You control a goo via the cursor called a Pilot. This Pilot can move around in 2D by using the left or right analogue stick. Moving the pilot around the Goo slightly perturbs the liquid near it. By pressing the right or left trigger, your Pilot will suck nearby goo, creating a dense patch of goo.

Doesn't work on Vista = epic fail (as I keep on saying =).

OK - it's designed for XBLA anyway but that doesn't matter...

I actually played it on another computer and gave it my vote on the audience award page...

This reminds me of the oldie but goodie Liquid Wars.

By the way - it's ironic that I gave my vote for the single game I will never play beyond the demo as I don't care about the XBox 360. :-D

P.S. It's sad that there won't be a PC version of the game since apparently it'd be easy to make but well - that's what I have World of Goo for. :-P

Any simple way to emulate xbox controller?

I have uploaded a version that (I think) should work fine with any DirectInput compatable gamepad / joystick. I've only tested it with a really crappy Logitech pad with force feedback that looks like a PS2 controller. The updated demo is located at the same link listed above.
