Freeware Game Pick: Gravortex (Teknogames)
Gravortex is a short platformer by Beau Blyth consisting of twenty levels, an obvious nod to Valve's Portal with it's mix of puzzle elements requiring the use of gravity vortexes to solve.
Left click to place an entry portal, then right click to place an exit vortex. Press the space key to reset portal placements. Use the W, A, S and D keys for character movement.

This is quite cool :)
Imagine a 2D portal...
Here's hoping for more levels (and maybe a storyline next time to tie them in?)

Has anyone been able to get this to work on Vista? I've tried, but it just uses up 50% of the CPU and nothing appears. I've tried using the application compatibility to run it as XP, but the same thing happens.
It's a shame... I'd really like to play it :'(

It won't run on vista until he patches it. No idea if he's aware of this, though.
