Browser Game Pick: Putty Puzzle (Kevin Glass)
The objective of Putty Puzzle is to shift the correct coloured blocks and rest them on marked areas in each screen, achieved by breaking up and merging blobs of putty piece by piece. Use the R key to restart and press the escape key to access the main menu at any time.
The current build consists of only six playable stages in total, and requires a Java-enabled browser to run. (screenshots)

Bug ridden and infuriating. I'm not saying the puzzles aren't fun, but the tutorial level can bug out, the "You can no longer solve this puzzle, restart it" aspect is vexing, and overall this would work better with better controls and maybe some better testing.

Sorry to hear you're having problems, any hints to the bugs you're seeing.
It's worth noting this is very much in development, nothing has been tested at all as yet :)
There's also a pure java applet (much smaller and quicker to load: http://www.cokeandcode.com/demos/putty3/applet2/putty.html)

I don't know about everyone else but I simply can't beat any of these. I always feel like I'm one short or that I'm missing something. I'm pretty good and puzzles and this really just doesn't seem possible unless I'm really missing some sort of concept. Perhaps a video of someone beating one would help.

This took some serious 'getting my head around' but I think I understood the concept by the end. It's a very hard idea to get across.
I agree that there's one or two bugs too, but hey, this is clearly a concept sketch so why are peopel moaning about bugs?
Just for the record though, here's ones I spotted in the applet version...
- you can't undo after gettign a block in the hole
- You can make blocks go through eachother. Get into this position (http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y54/CHICKNSTU/blockx.jpg) and do the morph as shown.
Great concept once it clicks, not sure how you can improve the user experience though.

Hi!
You game was mentioned together with a few others by the Danish newspaper Politiken as one of the best free games on the net. And it is really great! I have one problem though: I run out of levels. Any chance there will be some more levels?
