Every interview they sound more and more pretentious and whiny.

Only reason I haven't bought N+ on Xbox Live.

That Introversion/Sex Pistols comment is solid gold :D

What's pretentious and whiny about that? I found it entertaining and insightful.

The first sign that you're doing something well is that someone on the internet calls you "pretentious."

How in the hell was that in any way pretentious? It's very simple, short and matter-of-fact.

Also it totally sucks that renting a content server from Microsoft costs more than the entire development cost for the game ($100k or something like that) - especially considering that if it was on the PC, you could set up and run your own hosting box for less than $200 on a cheapass cable line.

Microsoft are really gouging the hell out of XBLA developers now. They even went and (without warning) slashed developer royalties by half a while back. Imagine being the guy whos paycheque is half the size one day, with a note attached saying 'Sorry, taking a bigger cut now'.

yeah,. 'Guy' what are you on about? What unjustified clames to greatness do they make? They seem to be just answering the questions put them from their perspectives as indie game makers,. and giving the rest of us insights into the workings of the corporate heavy weights, and the game-pimping buisness over all,. . nice interview. could have been longer even, I would like to hear more about the Atari buisness,. and what changes they are pushing.
