A Breakout-style game from the developer of Understanding Games, set to be released next month.

That Pixelate website should be mandatory study for every new student in game design or CS

Interesting. It looks like a Breakout game with a Matrix-like god mode.

Talking about understanding - it would be much better if the pad had arc shape to show where the bouncy-bouncy will go.

Absolutely amazing... if, of course, you've never heard of Breakquest http://www.nurium.com/, which eats this thing for breakfast and has better music and graphics besides.

Man... I wish I did that!

My jaw was dropped while I was looking at this game. Damn... it looks good.

Looked like a very boring clone at first, until the more interesting levels were shown and I actually noticed that you have targeting line to see where the ball will go next and properly aim it (watch the video fullscreen, a little bit hard to see in the small window :)).
While I've never been very excited about Breakout stuff, this looks like a fun game.
