Aaron:
Sorry to completely blow your mind, but according to the credits it's all by just one guy (except for the music and a handful of minor models). Serious skills here. I suspect somebody is going to be getting some job offers in the very near future :).

Anyone have any luck getting their 360 contoller to work? I get no input at all (yes i selected 360 control in the config). I use the xbcd drivers....im sure that is the problem.

This is a MUST download.
1. it has FF7 characters and
2. IT'S A BEAT 'EM UP... my favorite game genre.
This is so gonna be awesome to play.

@Rekr: I couldn't get mine to work using xbcd either. I imagine it was written with the default 360 drivers in mind. I managed to get it working fine by just using JoyToKey, though.
And, yeah, this game is fairly cool. It's in constant development as well, so you can expect more updates/features/mods down the road.

Why would they make him pull it? It's free: fair use copyright law.

Strictly for hardcore fans of Final Fantasy VII only??!!
Did you even play it or have you become a mindless bot that copies and pastes his/her news?

Yeah, 'Strictly for fans' suggests that this game is an unplayable mess, that only hardcore FF7 fans would gain any enjoyment from.
In reality, this seems to be a really impressive freeware fighting game, and one in active development at that. The FF7 link is almost irrelevant to the game itself.

Honestly, it isn't good AT ALL. The camera sucks, it always positions itself showing the worst angle possible. It's bugish too, in the menu I would select an option and it would do other action than the one I selected, menus/actions were all switched over.
FF7 well, sucks, if a game needs to gather help from a popular game it's for a reason.
I still give props to the lone developer who made this, it's a good attempt, but come on, a great game this is not.
Download is too big, they should have a small demo so you can try before downloading.

LOL. What a homo ^^
Sounds like your PC is screwed dude...menus are fine.

game mechanics should not encourage tedium

People...Use the mouse!
Left Click = Punch
Right Click = Kick
Only thing I didnt like about the game was the menus, and lack of help/movelist.
Other than that, pure awesome.
