A while back Tim gave me the rights to write here about my games. I haven't really been happy with the stuff I've made in last couple of months, so I didn't really want to blog about them. But Jimmy's Lost His Toilet Paper was a fun game to work with and the initial response has been good, so I thought why not.

Jimmy's Lost His Toilet Paper is a platformer puzzle game where the goal is to clear the level from toilet paper. Move with arrow keys and hold on to the toilet paper with shift. To restart the level press space.

There are some additional elements in the later levels, such as lifts, laser walls and love.

This game is genius, it feels very good. And the aesthetics is one of the best you achieved...

Congratulations!

Nice one! The only flaw i see in this is that the control to "pull" the paper seems kind of inaccurate. Besides of that, great idea and execution :)

Am I the only one who read "Hold on to the toilet paper with shit?"

I had a lot of fun with this, then switched to a browser window, and the game crashed. I got to about the 12th level or so. A difficult one with lifts and a box. I couldn't figure that one out. Maybe add a level counter in the corner, perhaps? :)

Buuuug:
If you stand on the edge of a platform and let the paper fall down for some time, it will crash.

m_pairCount Assertion failed in .\src\box2d\Source\Collision\b2PairManager.cpp at line 142

Ohhh, that's probably what happened, then. I just wasn't paying attention when I was looking at my web browser, and it piled up and crashed. Good catch. :)

i love this. very nice work!

Awesoooome!!!

At first sight i wasn 't much impressed watching the screenshot, then i read it is a Petri Purho 's game, i remembered he was the same author of Crayon Phisics, and understood this could be a good game, tried and i can say it 's pretty good, and good music choice too, well done mr. purho.
