The latest version for Dwarf Fortress is out. This is the first public release since the last five months or so, hence if you're looking for a stable version then grab the February 24th update instead.

Fantastic, just when I'd kicked the dwarf killing habit, a new version comes out. Relapse, like losing, is fun!

The sleep bug is fixed in the new version, which is out. Btw, that screen shot is really outdated.

Why do dwarf fortress reviews insist on always using pictures that are from a version that's a year and a half old. DF is no longer 2d.

Eh, screenshot is a fair representation. Either you can deal with the primitive graphics or you can't. For those who can, the rewards are great.
