DragonBlast is a 3D versus fighting game which can be played both online and offline, featuring a cast of five characters to use in the current version. The Z, X and C keys are used to execute light, middle and heavy attacks. Press the X key to confirm a menu selection, or use the C key to cancel your current choice. Double-click on the Booster.exe file to access the configuration menu.

Character moves can be found on this page. The game may not work on operating systems which aren't configured to display East Asian languages. (If that sounds like a hassle, then you should probably give DragonBlast a pass. Source: Zero3K)
