I will be releasing the build that I showed at AGDC in the next week or so. It's much improved over the build currently up there.

So this "latest build" will be freeware?
The commercial status won't apply retroactively to the already released versions?

Yea, the latest build will be Freeware, but it won't be the finished final version. The final version will have much more polish, different skins, network play (hopefully) and another game mode.
