For this week only, Braid on the Xbox 360 is $10, giving a saving of $5. Obviously with word that Braid is coming to the PC next month, Microsoft are trying to grab a few more willing souls for the Xbox version.

The slight hitch with this offer is that you must have Gold Membership for Xbox Live to make use of the offer. Still, if you are a Gold member, it's a great deal.

Very crafty, Microsoft. Very crafty.

I was trying to decide which to get it on, and there were 3 things that was making me wonder which to get it on, exclusives, price, and drm... but this actually sort of makes me want to buy it on the PC regardless. I don't like big companies trying to screw over the small. But, I know this will definetally generate some extra xbox sales.

How is this 'big companies trying to screw over the small'?

Because now fewer people will buy the Pc version and the developer (sry forgot his name..) gets less money, while microsoft gets more (% for XLA). I dont think the difference will be that big, though.

That's good but its not right.

I ordered a korma!

Groovy. I hadn't got around to buying this yet. Incentive.

Microsoft is not trying to screw anyone over! They can't drop the price of the game without mutual agreement. They suggested that we do Braid as a Deal of the Week, and I thought, yeah, that's a great idea, people will be able to get it $5 cheaper for a bit.

Not everything is a conspiracy!

CONSPIRACY!

See, they got to him already!

Will prob get this for xbox at the new price.

Hey Jonathan, have you played mcc's jumpman yet? What'cha think?

I have to agree. Not everything is a conspiracy. $10 is nothing people, not even for me, and I'm not well off.
