Descent is a new platformer created by the developer of the Visit series, where complicated moves such as air jumps, spring jumps and ledge grabbing must be mastered if you are to stand any chance of completing the game. Players assume control over an unnamed character who has to explore winding corridors and climb down pits, so that he or she could discover what lies at the bottom of this massive cave.

You can switch between full screen and windowed mode by pressing the F4 function key. Graphical glitches can be fixed by restarting your machine before playing. (download instructions)

Art style looks ripped off straight from jumper 3, from what I can see. Tsk tsk.

Funny, I thought of exactly the same thing when I saw that picture..."oh its jumper three...oh wait".

This is awesome. I'm kind of scared to continue downward, I have a feeling something creepy is waiting for my in the depths of the cave.

Wow, pretty creepy set up but I'm not good enough at this kind of platformer to do well.

Descent is already the name of another game

Graphics is partially ripped from jumper 3. The idea of the game is stolen from Seven Minutes by Virtanen :)

I dunno guys, looks like a Knytt Stories rip off to me.

IMHO Knytt Stories is very different from this game.

Just finished this. Maybe it was ripped, but escaping sure gave a great adrenaline rush.

Braidstory ripoff!

No, it looks totally riginal to me. I'll check it out later.

How can anyone not think this is a Cave Story rip-off? I mean come on, it's even set in a cave...

Honestly, the shit isn't funny.

Wow! I like it!!

I try and try... but a cant reach the top, i will try again and again!!

I don't know if anybody knows it, but the graphics were merely placeholders. They've since been updated.
