Angry Barry is a side-scrolling beat-em-up for the Xbox 360 Community Games and PC with a little bit of politicial parody and a big ton of crazy thrown in.

On Barry's quest "for the presidency of the United States", he must fight his way through an assortment of different characters over 9 stages. The first noticeable feature worth mentioning is the amount of enemies on screen - racking up those combos looks like pretty good fun.

The other is the seemingly fully interactive world - or should that be fully pickupable world? Benches, buses, buildings, giant shoes... that could potentially turn out to be rather amusing. Throw in there local 2 player and a price of 400 MS Points (price for PC still to be determined) and mindless button bashing awaits.

The Bush Boss is awesome haha!

I was suprised to see that the butt in the intro belonged to a man...

I can only assume that Howard Dean popping up there means there is some kind of screen-clearing "BYEEEAAAAAAAH!" move.

Thanks for the coverage and spreading the word - as a studio of nobodies; any coverage helps :) Hopefully everyone enjoys the game when it comes out later this month!

Interresting game theme. Looks fun and funny, smashing people with cows and houses is simply awsome.

Not to be too critical, but this game looks a little slow and the fighting seems repetitive. It reminds me of 'Bad Dudes' or 'Shinobi', a bi-level 2D beat 'em up. But it's 2009, there needs to be more of a spin to the gameplay than just 'you can pick up anything.' Some more varied levels (rather than just endless waves of enemies), more jumping, and more features might make it more exciting.

Cool to see you here! Good luck with the game! Too comments I agree with is the fighting seems it could be sped up and that looked like female intro!

Thanks for the comments. The speed is purposeful; as was mentioned, it's more of a classic fighter as opposed to a new school Ninja Gaiden inspired fighter, so the speed is appropriate to that. I tried to put a lot of things in it to keep it from being too repetitive; mostly event or humor based. Hopefully it works.

I see Vimeo is being dumb - they just removed my video for "violating the TOS" as they apparently didn't realize that I uploaded a video of my own game. Ugh, thanks a lot, Vimeo.

Ah Vimeo fixed it; phew.

Is Medvedev also a boss - or an ally?

I regret revealing too much about myself by pointing this out, but that butt in the intro is rotoscoped from a video spread on the internet of a girl walking on a treadmill with no pants on. A shame they chose to open the ad with something plagiarized.

Of course, I've talked about that in several forums; it was purposeful and was put in because we thought it was funny to anyone who recognized the source.

Kosax : mhh realy ????????????????????????????????

a shame ??

think bout it cmon hope ur not serius
