Ever wondered what a simple platformer would look like if it had a kind of Crayon Physics-style gameplay attached to it?

Max & the Magic Marker appears to be just that. Coming soon to WiiWare, players use the Wii remote to pause time and draw shapes on the screen to solve puzzles. These shapes can be used to dodge obstacles, reach ledges et al.

Looking pretty fantastic. One to stick in the calendar, me thinks.

Harold and the Purple Crayon: The Game

Very interesting, has the potential to be great.

I'll be looking forward to buying that, once I get a Wii when the console is out of fashion and cheaper. In, like, 15 years, I guess.

Wow, yeah, I think this definitely looks like it's going to be a must-have indie WiiWare title, and there really aren't enough of those just yet, so this is great!
Looking forward to seeing the progress on this one.

Dear god, that's an obnoxious pointer.

Crayon Physics + Braid + N?

I agree, Michael :) But I wouldn't say "pretty". It simply looks "fantastic" and music fits it perfectly. Fantastic graphics as well.

Really, really great.
