Multiplayer servers are now up and running for Minecraft. To join a multiplayer game, simply register for a free account (if you haven't already done so), log in with your user name and password, then click on any of the currently open servers to start building. You can use the T key to bring up the chat interface, or press the escape key to regain control of your mouse cursor at any time. Easy as pie.

WOO

can't believe i missed this one :/ soooo must try now :p

It would be cool if Dwarf Fortress looked like this.

what king said.

This game is addicting as hell, but griefers get the better of you when they destroy your beautiful creations.

@ahab,

i think DF will remain an obscure curiosity until it actually does come up with something similar to this.

ASCII everything is just way too hardcore.

Plase add ip ban, mods and all this shit, game its getting unpleasent with some kids destroyng everthing

Oh lol, I was thinking exactly what ahab said.

Boatmurdered in 3D ftw!

DF is lots of fun in ASCII, but it would be so much easier to grab new players if there were graphics. Plus, it's already 3D.

Oops, I meant the *game world* was 3D, not that it's presented in 3D form. -_-;

this is great fun :D

..until someone comes along and erases everything you created in front of you, and then proceeds to dig holes to the floor of the level under your feet over and over...

i distinctly remember seeing the screenshot on reddit :o

What seperates this from Saurbraten aside from not having an fps element?
