« Trailer: Super Meat Boy (WiiWare) | Main | Browser Game Pick: Time Fcuk (Edmund McMillen, William Good) »

We didn't get a trailer for their announcement of the release on XBLA, but now there's a video up on GameSpot previewing some of the gameplay elements that can be found in The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom. Similar to Super Meat Boy, The Odd Gentlemen's upcoming puzzle platformer will be released sometime in early 2010. (source)

Georges Méliès would have loved it.

I'm starting to get a bit tired of all of these marketing-pieces. I think I'm going to move somewhere a bit more game-centric if the trend keeps up (only three out of ten entries on the front page are actually about games that are currently playable).

Move where?

PlayThisThing I generally have a lot of time for.

For something more constructive: possibility of adding tags to post so one can maybe selective subscribe? [at which point I start feeling a little pedantic/finicky]

I enjoy these previews, smaller games are easily lost in the waves of bigger titles. If not here, I wouldn't have heard mention of such a charming game coming out.

Hank: On xbla...?
