The elephant is back for another twisted yet beautiful gaming experience in the form of Obey the Game. This time around he's participating in a Wario Ware style minigame-a-thon, but with a catch - if the game tells you to DISOBEY the objective, it's opposites time!

This sounds easy enough, but just wait until the levels begin to speed up. There aren't that many different tasks to undertake, but the fact that there are actually two different ways to win each one makes for some frantic play.

There are other game modes to have a crack at too, although they don't really seem to be as much fun as the main mode - in fact, in the HidenRide mode I managed to achieve a score of 33 without even moving. Still, definitely worth giving a shot, if only to see the little guy again. Play over at Armor Games.

I love jmtb :)

I won like 350 levels, then I pressed space bar and it went back to the title screen. God dammit.

What's wrong with me? I got 410 on my first go. I never really felt like I had a lot of choice on some of them later on. Especially that run one with the big fan, that always ended up with me in the fan exactly one frame later.

Another good outing for the elephant, though I felt it was a less compelling game than the Achievement Unlocked and This Is The Only Level. Less meta, more Warioware than the previous games, which... isn't a bad thing. But I feel the other games had more interesting things to say about game design -- a bit of artistry that I'm not sure this one quite had.

Perhaps you need to look also outside the scope of videogames, to "get" the "meta-part".

wow. i really liked that one. i liked it even more than achievement unlocked. my only complaint is there werent really enough objectives to keep you on your toes. i think my score was 606 on my first run.

I'll be honest: it was boring. Once I got the point, I lost interest and closed the window. Maybe I actually missed the point, then. It was too repetitive to hold my attention.
Not his best effort to date.

Game with that music just can't be good... and yes. I'm right.
