A Gamma 4 showcase submission, glorg is an action RPG in which all the actions of the main character can be executed by just using one button. According to Martin Jonasson, this procedural generation Flash game currently has more than sixty unique items to find, with one already previewed in the video shown above.

Very ambitious, I admire that, but I doubt it succeeds - one button is only one button... Well, I hope you prove me wrong. :) Graphics are in good condition, nice and clean, I like 'em.

The style in general (sounds and graphics) reminds me very favorably of the Grow series. Beyond that, I'm having trouble seeing where the "gameplay" lies...it looks like you're clicking through a very fancy but very much prepared powerpoint presentation.

I disagree with the critique "one button is only one button," since by now it's clear how successful one button games can be (Canabalt, I'm lookin' at you), but I also hope my fears are proven baseless and that this turns out to be just as much fun to play as it is to watch.

They picked my favorite song by Saskrotch for the trailer. I think I have to play it.

The game very addicting. You don't really realize that it's a one big slide show, you just keep on going. It's basically a very streamlined version of Diablo :)

Well, yes, there certainly is potential for one button games and I didn't actually even think of Canabalt when I said that. As said, Canabalt is awesome, but the genre (action RPG) probably made me doubt it.

My argument has been proved wrong twice now; with Canabalt and with Petri's experience with the game. I still am a bit sceptic about the game, but maybe I get to try it myself, too, someday. :)
